Sir, napansin ko yung link sa adds mo naka lagay "  someone is sellling same model/brand/condition for 45k THINK ABOUT IT! """ it's not the same model sir. he is selling a P-500 which is 500 watts. Yours is P-250 only kaya mas mahal yung sa kanya  ...peace..
