Best I've tried and heard. Repeats are warm. If you like the chirping sounds at the trails, go for the lo-fi ekko. True bypass/Buffered bypass is a plus. I'm always on the buffered bypass.

I've got no use for the modulation though.

Buy it and never sell it. I got another one after I sold my first one.

a user of the omicron compressor will post his review here soon. as for the vibrato, Mr. Carlos Tanada of Up Dharma Down has purchased this and so far, we have heard no complaints from him.  :)

Have an Ekko 616 dark, and its an ambient bliss for me.  and their plus ultra sounds good too

enjoy your ekko dark sir! we can order a plus ultra for you once you are sure. it's really a very good dirt pedal. :)

sir any reviews on omicron compressor and vibrato?

Purchased an omnicron comp from pedal peddler and i would say na this is by far my fave comp to date(well in terms of sound and use to my setting). The omnicron compressor is based on a dyna/ross compressor which we all know adds coloration sa sound mo, mas full mas round pati more sustain, yung dynamic range niya is balanced also. This pedal is true bypass, quiet compared to other comp pedal na na try ko and can be powered by 9-12VDC. The pedal has two knobs, the LEVEL knob to adjust your output and the SENS knob to let you control your desired compression, dynamic control and dial in the right amount of sustain na kailangan mo. When you dial in though beyond 10 o'clock nagkakaron na siya ng konting gain that can act as a boost pedal. Now that's cool. When it comes to its enclosure well solid na bakal eh so matibay siya and if may kaaway ka pwede mo siyang ihagis for sure dugo yun haha biro lang.  And since the pedal is small you can easily put it anywhere on your pedalboard without the hassle salpak mo lang and you're good to go. Yung saksakan naman niya is yung normal na boss type. Dahil maliit siya given narin na wala siyang pang battery so you really need to have a PSU. Color? WELL IF ITS RED ITS BITCHIN sparkling red pa so winner na plus yung led niya RED din so kitang kita mo rin siya if it's on or not, visible also kahit sa daylight.  If you're looking for that spot on classic compression on the go comp pedal well this is the pedal for you. Salpak lang dial this and that and you're ready.

Recently acquired this Malekko Dark. At first I thought it might be too dark but it turned out to be just right for my taste. Repeats are darker than the Diamond ML Jr. The only thing I didn't like is the sudden jump in the modulation depth control. I keep it just under 9oclock.
