tried modifying again a sd-1 ... and turns out I returned everything back to stock

but Im curious now that C12 in the old sd-1 models have .01Uf(103k) but the newer ones have .047(473k)
Sir BAMF and Ubersam can you enlighten me on how this C12 affect the tone circuit or is it just a buffer cap
for the old sd-1 that uses ACA power adaptor

According to the schematic C12 looks like its there to de-bounce the switch.

yah it looks like it...but also gave a bottom thickness to the tone too

I can't see how. It's nowhere in the circuit that could affect the frequency response. Placebo effect?

1.changed clipping diode config to symmetrical clipping
2.remove c6
3.change c2(.018) to (.020)
4.change c4(.018) to (.022)
5.returned back c12 to stock
