The DS-2 kasi was suppose to be a "DS-1 and then some" pero a lot of people still prefer the DS-1. May certain "warmth" lang kasi ang DS-1. :-D

Personally, mas masaya ako sa DS-1.

You can always turn to sir Bamf for a total makeover of your ibanez SM7. You can have it sushified or bakemono and it will kick DS-1 and DS-2 butt out of this world. :) hehehehe.

Pero if you really want to have a new disto pedal and you're on a budget, JB Music will always welcome you to their store and offer you their very own Boston Engineering DS-100 or HM-100. Both of them are clones of their Boss counterpart such as DS-1 and MT-2. And if you want to get more out of Boston Pedals, just bring it to sir bamf and have it modified and tada! Its like magic. :)

DS2... Mode2 does it for me. Mid-boost galore. Never mind smooth tone... I want grit.

Had it modded at BAMFx for more grit, more gain, and to be Sushi-ed.  Now it's priceless :D
