I can attest to the durability of Gibraltar pedals, being an owner of one myself. If I were to describe the pedal, I'd have to say: ROCK SOLID. It's the cheapest pedal with a solid footboard, and although I own the Prowler single chain pedal, I've had it for over a year and gigged with it plenty of times, yet its feel is still as good as when it was brand new. No wobbling whatsoever.
Nung nagpractice kami sa isang studio though, they had an identical Gibraltar with a VERY wobbly footboard. Palagay ko sa pag-alaga din 'to. Pearl, Tama, Gibraltar, or DW man yan, if you stomp on it or don't treat your pedal with respect (hehe), it will wiggle it's way out of your drumset.
That said, I like the feel of the Powershifters a bit better. Pero if you're on a budget, Gibraltar is a very solid choice. Definitely far from Lazer.
