Swerte mga taga-Singapore may music library sila

I've been frequenting the music library in my country (Singapore), at the Esplanade (a place for music & theater performances). It's really awesome, because they have loads of guitar, drum, and keyboard books & dvds that you can borrow. For example I've borrowed dvds on the techniques and riffs of petrucci, clapton, SRV, and vai, as well as a book on jazz piano. I'm really impressed by the selection they have... do drop by if you're from Singapore!

The CD section, where you can pick up CDs to sample.. they have John Meyer's Continuum, for example.

The DVD section. Personally I prefer to use DVDs rather than books, because you can hear the riff, and see how its played.

Guitar books.

My takings for the day :)

A nice view of Singapore's city skyline from the library.

I've been there and seen it... but from outside only.  It was closed by the time we finished dinner at the Esplanade.  Will definitely drop by next time I'm in Sing.

This is fantastic! I can't even imagine some people could gather such massive materials. I can't even find a single good book about music here in the Phils... we're so down.

UP College of Music. LOTS of theory books and journals.
I'd rather be sharp than flat.
