not sure if this is the right forum..

ako lang ba to? pero pag naririning ko yung version ng "your love" ni eric santos gusto ko sumuka!
[sorry sa mga fans ni eric santos, kung meron man..]

i loved the original version by Alamid and i prefer the song to stay that way. haaaay, nakakadismaya...bakit kaya ganon??  :-(

may ibang remake na ok lang e, pero this one-di ko talaga kaya tiisin e!

what do you expect?  :evil: ni hindi nga ata sya nag arrange nun e haha.. i hate the hotdog tribute of asap. nakakasuka! kahit na may pinsan ako dun, super hate ko yung tribute na yun! well, 99% ng gawa ng abs for the music industry is a crap  :-D

saka mga covers ng sponge cola. sorry sa mga fans. parang high school lang ang nagcover kasi e, parang walang effort. nilagyan lang ng distortion yung kanta ok na sa kanila bwahaha

oi mga bro and sis, IMHO lang ito ha. wag sana magalit :-D

ako naman yung ginawa ng 6cycle-mind dun sa "upside down." ang ganda nung original e, may guitar solo pa. tapos ang ginawa nila ang bagal na halos dragging na yung kanta. tapos wala na yung ad lib. pumangit talaga para sakin he he.

ang pangit tlga ng 6 cycle mind. ayoko pati yung boses niya. binababoy nila yung mga cover nila pag gnun. ayoko rin yung guitar work. hindi dynamic.. totoong nagiging masyadong dragging pag sila nag cocover. masyadong napapahaba na walang nangyayari.. tapos parang gusto lang nilang maging senti and pop for the sake of being senti and pop. pangit nung boses niya. parang april boy na ogie alcasid. urk

IMO yung karamihan kung hindi man lahat ng mga revivals sa panahon na ito hindi magaganda! Magsulat naman kayo ng sarili niyong kanta! Sobra na yung pagko-cover niyo. Dapat konti lang. Puro na lang kasi kita ang iniisip.

Basta cover ni Eric Santos. eww.

I was amused at first with 6 Cycle Mind's cover of "Upside Down", kaso after a while, nakaantok na ng sobra. Nevertheless, may effort silang may gawin na bago dun sa song IMO. Unlike Yasmien Kurdi, Eric Santos, & Chris Caizer (sp?).. wala namang ginawang bago sa kanta.

For those who don't know Chris Caizer.. yun yung nag-cover ng "Stay" ni Lisa Loeb. IMO, wala siyang ginawang bago dun sa kanta talaga. Just a Sam Milby-like voice if you ask me.
Nag-perform pa siya live ng Gravity ni John Mayer. Feeling ko magagalit si nicosci pag napanood yun.

seldom do i see covers that are better than the originals.. for example, 6 cycle mind's princesa, the original was one of my all time fave songs.. they just do it for money na lang and because fans think its cool.. lalo na mymp.. OMG! :-o
