m-audio Jamlab Question

is it a good usb guitar interface? any opinions? cause it's very cheap. like $79 and i'm thinking of buying it. i need some amp simulator,cause i dont have any amp, i only use my pc to play   does this thing help?
cause i'm thinking about this two, jamlab or behringer vamp2.

i have this one. this is very good, latency is low (around 5ms) ata...barely noticeable. i use it with amplitube 2. it's like having my own virtual rig! you might also want to look into the line6 pocket pod. i think that's the most advanced "headphone amp". it's a pod 2.0's little brother! costs $129 daw.
