i personally haven't used any of those yet, but basing from reviews i've seen, the presonus would be my choice...

While I haven't used the Firestudio, I love my Presonus preamps - a Digimax and an MP20 - real bargains for the quality of the preamps and construction - these are real workhorse equipment.

so far it's firestudio and focusrite are the feasible options.
