well, to me they sound outdated. Of course kung "DIE-HARD FAN" ka talaga, maapreciate mo lahat ng ginawa ng metallica.

Im a die hard fan of DT, and I literally love all their albums. Marami na pangitan sa Systematic Chaos, pero ako hindi.

OT: maganda yung systematic chaos. talaga lang nag-iba dating ng tugtugan ng DT compared sa mga unang album nila. dumadating talaga sa point na nag-iiba yung dating ng tugtugan ng banda. maybe caused by their new influences.

BT: parang metallica, nag-iba sila ng tugtugan kaso di bagay sa kanila kaya ang mga metallica fans, yung old music pa rin ang gusto. pwede naman mag-iba ng tugtigan metalica pero yung pasok pa rin sa kanila, kaso ang nangyari eh di yung ine-expect ng mga fans nila. just my point of view on this.

Metallica is getting old.

proof of that is i dont think James Hetfield will ever write a song like "hit the lights" or "motorbreath, is how i live my life!" ...

the maturity is a good thing... its just... my mind and taste in music is stuck iwith Slayer (who also is getting old, but did so without changing their style).

james'voice is getting old..nagbago na talaga..i think si kirk kung kulubot na at tumtugtog parin,hed still kick ass,si lars la ako pake kung tumanda sya dapat nga talaga palitan na hehehehe napanuod ko yung dvd na..hmm nakalimutan ko na title yung kasama nila si bob rock sa studio tas nagbabangayan sila lars was a total ass!!...all in all metallica is metallica is metallica!nuff sed..yan tatlo pa

Uy si Lars kaya ang nagdadala sa Metallica.
Parang syang si Bill Ward kahit tumanda na malupit parin hanggang mamatay malupit parin.
Si James wala na tlaga tumanda n.
Syempre proud tayo kay Kirk.
Pero my all time Favorite member ng Metallica ay si Jason.
He's not that good compare to other bass player pero Super naman ang performance nya. He really brings the Heavy to the Metal.

metallica is getting old. but the way they play or the way how are they being pissed off is still the same, same old metallica. in their music. may mga pagbabago. dumating sila sa experimental stage at dahil na din kay BOB!! sa vocals lang siguro nagkakatalo. pero yung musical instinct nila. still the same! malapit na september! wooh! metal up your ass!!

at my very young age....dati! haha! iba magdala ng tao yung mga kanta nila. pero ngayon kahit oldies na sila..gwapo gwapo pa rin ni james!!haha!!astigin pa rin sila mag perform. :-D :-D

what if today's Metallica decided to cover three old Metallica albums (AJFA, Ride The Lightning, Master Of Puppets) and adapt all of the songs to the new "St. Anger" sound complete with terrible snare tone.
