DEALING WITH "ROCKSTARS"!!!

QUESTION:

How do you guys deal with "rockstars"? These are people who:

1) shows up late for band practice

or

2) never shows up at all

or

3) any attitude similar or that resemble the above

otherwise, if it gets chronic and [gooey brown stuff]...he's gonna be like a "virus"...

well u myt not do what i suggest koz im just 12, anyway uhm, were in a band we had this "feeling magaling" na guitarist, he is our rythm guitar, grabe ang yabang, brags about his guitar, and always late or sometimes doesnt come to band practice...we kicked him out...our drummer became our rythm guitarist, tapos we got a new drummer...ayun, im the band leader, but i dont just kick that guy out, i ask my other bandmates about this, if we wil kick him out, so it was a majority so na kick out cya..

kung sa issue na late for practice. . . medyo mapapalagpas pa yun, providing that the reason is valid, and he/she can do the part naman, ayus lang yun. . .

kung ang issue ay hindi pag sipot. . . medyo mabigat na yun, lalo kung walang pasabi na hindi makakarating, or wala valid reason why. kasi papano kung gig na yun???

yung other attitude problems. . . kung anu man yun, dapat walang ganun s banda kasi. mahirap mag gel ang banda kung isa o ilan sa myembro ay may conflict.

if i have a rockstar 4 a bandmate, 4 example, a vocalist, & i'm the guitarist, i'll play the songs in a higher key & watch him do a sissy falsetto...

i would rather have a bandmate who has a pornstar attitude than to have a bandmate who has a rockstar (superstar) attitude
