album packaging or cd album cover?

ei! mga ser question lang..my band is trying to produce an independent demo ep. kaso peblema lang yun sa album packaging? medjo ayos na kami sa recording nun songs eh. san ba nagpapagawa nun? i mean yun maayos na cd label?ha..parang totoo na rin na album yun labas. or kung meron kayong kilala na supplier..help lang po..

pwede ka gumawa ng DIY. merong ka ba kilala na art major or photography student? have them design the art. i released a CD a while back at CD jacket lang ang packaging ko at nakatatak ang info at graphics ko sa jacket. nakatipid ako nun kase ako ang pumili ng jacket material (heavy brown card stock) at 3 colors lang ang printed graphics (vector graphic in black/brown and pastel green). i did a limited run of 50 cds at first and then made more as I saw fit. that way, wala akong minimum na order at mababa ang overhead sa production ng CDs kase ako lang ang gumawa.

i thought packaging/replication hanap mo bro. anyway, if album art/cover ung problem, ok ung suggestion ni abby. matutulungan mo pa mga firends mo na artist sa pagpromote sa knila. hehe

I'm glad I happened to discover this thread.. sir how about yong cd label? ung hindi sticker na typical nabibili sa cdr king, yong tulad  ng mga erleased din. kasi matatapos na rin kami pero for fun nga lang, seguro mga 50 to 100 pcs lang, not for commercial use kasi di pa namin na register mga self penned songs namin sa church? How much would it cost po?

mukhang bigtim kau ser ah.. if your selling your album for fun or fame, ayus lang, pero if you guys are selling the album to gain profit, mas maganda kung DIY nalang kau.. you dont need flashy album covers to sell your music.. kung ayos tlga tugtugan nyo, dami bibili nyan.. hehehehe

nice comment! but i dont think you need to be a bigtymer para lang makaafford ng flashy album covers. yes, we've worked doubly hard on the music..medjo out of our own pocket expenses tlga..so might as well boxed it nicely.
