i need help fixing a really old guitar

if i were to rate the cosmetics of this guitar id say 3/10
it has so many scratches and the wires are all messed up...
i found it stored in my uncles basement and i saw its potential
he says that it sounds good.. cant say yet but i really want to fix this guitar.. i was wondering if anyone could give me tips with what to do with it first..

di ko alam yung brand pero sa tingin ko may potential talaga di ko lang alam kung saan mag sisimula eh...

you know where i can find 1 (luthier) ? solid exciting dami ko nang ginawang research para sa bagong guitar na toh....

pending yung pics ng guitar mo... I suggest that unahin mo na yung electronics... ayusin mo lang yung wirings then kabitan mo ng strings. Madaming schematics sa web (use google) para may reference ka.

Patugtugin mo muna bago mo ayusin yung cosmetic damage.
