help guys, magmula nung nagka pulmunya ako pumayat ako ng sobra, pero ngayon i'm totally cured na, and every month nag papacheck ako, my doctor say (ok na kht every 3months ka nalang pacheck up)

nanghingi ako ng tips para bumalik ang katawan ko (yung hindi payat) bngyan nya ako ng vitamins, at pampaganang kumain na gamot, but i dont find it effective, at ang alam ko kasi vitamins para lang malakas ka at iwas sa sakit dba, halos ng doctor ganun lang ang bnbgy na tips pra tumaba.

pero for sure yung iba dyn my alam na effective na way pra tumaba tlaga.

help guys.

di mo kailangan tumaba, what you need is to gain body mass.

try mo i track yung calorie intake mo ... or before that, try mo muna i solve yung metabolism mo. i think may websites para dun. when you get the figure, just try to eat more calories than your normal metabolic rate.

after that ... weight training. you need it. mas maganda kung magka mass ka thru weight training than just eating for the sake of gaining weight.

sarap nga yung kulang ka sa calories, kasi you wont need to do as much cardio. tipid sa oras

+1!! Kung ayaw mo magexert ng conscious effort by monitoring your eating habit or taking into consideration the amount of this and that you are taking in, mag gym ka brad. Try mo ring bumisita sa GYMaholic thread dami dun mga advice kung pano mag gain ng weight with of course the involvement of weights!
