Any of you audiophile freakazoids into this stuff yet?  Any reviews of locally available models?  Where's a good place to demo and/or buy these appliances?

Sonos, for one.  There are quite a few others but I don't know what's available here.

Yeah, I've seen some of those boxes. SONOS is quite unique since it's really a wireless zone player. I was really amazed by those wireless players. Another product that I saw was the Squeezebox. A real cool gadget as well.

Problem with these boxes is that they run on 802.11g and not 802.11n. If your wireless system is running N, and you use these media players with it, the speed of your whole system will drop to G. This is what I saw in one of those demos in Singapore. I don't really know wether this issue was already addressed.

Overall, I really like the idea of being able to store your media in a single box then stream them all over your home.
