Thanks man! Yeah hindi na orig yung bridge. but im actually surprised kasi alot of guitarist na nakasabay ko sa gig they wanted to trade me something for it....  a few of them ESP LTD KH-602 which is about $1200 and some Vintage 1975 Ibanez Custom 2066 .... and I got this guitar for about $360. lol

Awesome price  :) Still a cool piece but of course if someone offers a trade to your advantage id say go for it.

Hi!

I'm planning to buy a squier or tokai strat in a few months kasi, since yun lang kaya ng budget.
Should I settle for the lesser brands or magipon na lang para sa legit fender?

ang main difference kasi paps is yung feel. iba talaga feel ng mga american made IMHO. i've tried and owned different strats. even the MIJ fenders didn't quite do it for me. so heto ako ngayon, ipon mode para makabili ng fender.

IMHO paps, kung gusto mo mag squier or tokai, go for it. but i must warn you. ibebenta mo rin sila in the future para makabili ng fender. :)

in the end, GAS never ends hahaha test mo lang sila, if it feels great in your hands, go get it!

Your mere use of the word "settle" already implies that you're knowingly setting yourself up for an eventual dissatisfaction.

There is a difference. At para sa akin, medyo malaki. But for me, it's not as much as where it was made as it's how it was made. I got an American Standard, and I still ended up replacing everything except the body and neck. (But I did keep the old parts so I can easily return it to stock specs.)

I much prefer the American Standard and Deluxe neck over their cheaper counterparts, Fender or otherwise -- the nut width, profile and fretwork (not to mention the 22nd fret). On the other hand, there are non-American Strats or even replacement necks that can provide the specs I want.

Squiers have come a long way, but there's no way Fender can avoid cutting corners, particularly with the hardware, at such low price points.

My 60th Anniv Squier is my ultimate favourite. I like it better than my 60th Anniv American Standard. Whatever pickups they installed on this one (rumours say they are Tonerider Surfaris) they sound very very nice. Aggressive but doesn't shrill. Warm but bright. Sometimes it sounds like a Les Paul and sometimes it sounds like a saxophone.

Nice strat kaso sayang yung fotoflame dahil sa burnmarks. nakita tuloy na yung flames hindi talaga naturally galing sa wood from the neck.
