i was having a problem from my online game.
that has a game guard.

the "erl" file error always appear when i launch my:

*cabal
*mu
*special force
*valkyrie
*ran

any recent updates? kelan gumana lahat ng games? have you tried to uninstall/reinstall those games? how bout system restore? disabled firewall? antivirus?

im thinking recent update yan.. probably from microsoft..

always po lumalabas un erl file error.
every time i open the game.
nag uupdate po pag inoopen ko pero hanggang dun nlang tpos erl error na.
game guard error erl file.

naka dis able na un firewall ko.
pano iddis able un anti virus?

disable all startup programs.. pag ganun pa din.. try mo uninstall/reinstall yung game..

hmm.. then that means, its probably a missing component of windows..

i bet XP gamit mo.. eto, start>run>msconfig>click startup tab>click disable all>click apply or ok>restart.

run mo uli yung game..

Sorry bro if we're confusing you. I was just picking with hunk0429. I believe he's working @ DELL and all the questions/answers ask by him are usually asked to  DELL customers for troubleshooting purposes or to identify the root cause of the problem or to identify all possible points of failure.  A Case # is actually a reference # given to a DELL customer for any inquiry or issue everytime they call any support queue here at DELL.

Yep! Sa aking kasi dalawa nagrurun na firewall. YUng sa PC-Cillin pati ung sa Windows.

Hmmm... Meron ka po bang ginagamit na antivirus? Kasi common feature ng mga antivirus ang personal firewall. Baka sakali lang po na meron kayong antivirus pero hindi lang po kayo aware sa firewall niya. Kaso I doubt na yung and dahilan kasi nadisable mo na yung startup programs.
