ei mga sir, post naman kayo ng sample clips sa artec soloist distortion nyo...

like brayanarzaga...

kasi yung sakin hindi ko makuha yung tunog na gusto ko,, baka kasi nasa pups ko..

i just want to compare the sound..

what patch and instrument cables do you use? what's your guitar? it definitely has an effect with the output...

try experimenting with your amp's EQ, as well as the contour control on the soloist distortion.

playing dynamics can also shape your tone..

uhmm Marshall 10watts lang amp ko, nka full tone...

naka-full tone? nakow, medyo magiging shrill nga yung soloist mo..

try mo mga 12 o' clock yung tone.

imho, mas madali mo mahanp tone na gusto mo pag may 3-band EQ ang amp mo.

necron, i had 4 guitars that had INF's they were all the same as far as, its the only pickup i would like to flush in the toilet(if i could), if you want to keep them have them re-wound by your local luthier, because seriously this pickup will not drive as much as you want, doesnt even pickup harmonics that much, and dont even start on the sustain on that thing..

if you want try ARTEC pickups, im sure thats available there, there is probably nothing wrong with your amp, guitar or cables..its your pups, that pup's got to go

i plug my soloist on any amp and it sounds as i wish it to sound, second choice for me is the twinhead, when i go to GC i have a small patch cable and battery and i bring the soloist with me, to try stuff

Kaya hindi mo makuha ang tunog ng kay Sir Bryan, dahil malamang tube amp ang gamit nya sa demo ( though hindi ko pa napapanood ang demo

i was assuming he was trying to compare the gain on my pedal versus his, i always have my amps set in clean, so looking at what he has for pickups, i would change those INF's
