It's nice it's back on topic again. This is a Vox Pathfinder thread anyway right?

I'm lovin' the tones outta this amp! Best tube-sounding solid state I've tried.

Not really an expert in EVH's tone but probably with a BSIAB pedal and with the right guitar I think yes :-)

i'm planning to use my Pathfinder 15R in an event.  outdoor ang venue and it's for 80 people, more or less. 

what do you think is the better option?  mic the amp or use the direct out?  inputs are greatly appreciated!  :-)

crank it.  :lol:

kung maganda yung mic, mic it. if not, line out nalang. i tried hooking it up to a mixer from the line out. it turned out okay, wala namang nosie.

Mic it bro. Nothing beats a mic'ed up amp, IMHO.

2 mics will do, shotgun (tutok) & an off-axis.ayun!

thanks bro!  i'm happy with the flexibility the line out function gives to this amp.  at least i can do away with a crappy mic.  :-D
