how can i lose weight

weight ko ay 78 kilos and 5"5 lang ako...
i am doing my cardio (jump rope for 20 minutes) and do weight training as well although sa bahay lang....

when it comes to diet, i limit my carbo and try to eat more vegies

problema ko din yan eh.. sabay tayo mag loose ng weight .. hehehe... wala kasi akong disipline pag dating sa pag kain eh.. and wala din akong exercise, hahaha  :lol:

tuloy tuloy mo lang siguro yan pre, papayat ka din nyan. tapos habang tumatagal, dagdagan mo pa ng ibang klase ng exercise. anyway magiging ganon din naman yon kasi di ka makokontento habang alam mong pumapayat ka na eh.  :-D

try not to eat carbo at all... meat is ok, but not with rice or any type of carbo.. eat plenty of vegies and fruits as well.. fish is good too..

try to do this every single day in one month! im sure papayat ka... thats without any exercise! :-)

yung kaopis mate ko.. sobrang taba nya dati.. then he started doing this.. :wink:

malaki yung pinayat ko nung hindi ako nag RICE pag gabi. and strict one cup of rice pag tanghali. Walang pang formal exercise yan.

every morning nagjo-jogging ako tapos sinasamahan ko ng situps..nakaka 60-90 situps ako per day dere-deretso yun. then pagkatapos ng dalawang yun jumping jacks naman mga 50..

Run. EVERY DAY. Consistency is key. I lost 4% of my body fat in 3 months, running every day. I started by running a mile a day. Weekly, I'd up that distance a bit. Now I run 4 miles a day. I combined this with doing about 200-300 clipped wings pushups and about 200 wide pushups daily (of course I started small, but sanayan lang ang pushups and you'll get to even bigger numbers if you really do it daily). Remember to build muscle too! You increase your metabolic rate when you gain muscle and that helps you burn fat 24/7!!! And remember. GET A LOT OF SLEEP! First of all, it helps with recovery from training. Secondly, it decreases the chance that you'll consume more food because your body will not be starved of energy. When that happens, your body urges you to consume more calories to make up for the energy deficit. Hope it helps  :-D

P.S. remember. CONSISTENCY IS KEY. It's like practicing guitar. It's better to do a 30 minute practice session daily than not practice at all all week and do 12 hours every sunday. So even just a bit of exercise daily can help you go a long way  :-D

Pare did you know situps in the morning can be bad for you? Some studies show daw that doing core exercises that cause your spine to flex can be detrimental within the first 2 hours after you wake up. Apparently your discs are still filled with fluid (which is why you're taller in the morning than at night  :-D) in those first 2 hours. So doing situps in the first 2 hours of waking up can actually be bad for your back. Men's health recommends planks and other non-flexing exercises within that time frame  :-P

as I said on the other thread, you need cardio. more on aerobi cardio than anaerobic. Meaning you are not stationary. try running, climb up and down a hill, walking for an hour.

lessen carb intake. sugar turns into fat.

• Walk 40 minutes at a level 8 on a hilly course (or crank up the incline on the treadmill).
• Do 36 minutes of running intervals: Jog for 1 minute at a level 5, sprint 1 minute at a level 9. Repeat 18 times.
• Take a 45-minute Spinning class.
• Dance to a good beat for 72 minutes at a level 7.
• Hit the elliptical machine for 60 minutes, doing intervals. Do 2 minutes at a level 8, then 1 minute at a level 5. Repeat 20 times.

guys what will you recommend to trim down tummies, I tried losing weight from 75 down to 71 but the problem is I still have bulging tummy whenever I sit down, is it just me the i'm concsious of or I really have to work on it?

diet gaya ng sabi bawas carbs.. .damihan ang ulam na gulay at regular exercise..mag fruits din

pag nagutom eh fruits nalang kainin

at water nalang mabubusog naman na dun..

sanayin lang sarili sa una pag naumpisahan mo na ng mga 3 days eh hindi mo na hahanapin yung dami ng usual food intake mo hehe masasanay din ang tyan hehe  :-D
