Well, I've tried so many diets but none of them worked. I was told na baka mabagal ang metabolism ko kaya hindi talaga ako mabawasan ng timbang, nadagdagan pa! I haven't tried dietary supplements yet.
Still, my new years resolutions is to lose weight habang wala pa work.
