When was your last GAS attack?

Guitarists are prone to sporadic GAS attacks. I had mine yesterday. Below is the outcome of my latest fit. What about you guys?

not for a long time - i think I gradually grew out of that phase. my acquisition nowadays is mainly geared to maintain and upgrade my recording studio gear. i figured, my fingers and ears like my gear as it is and I have grown to play well on them so now, the main focus is to better my recording skills and remixing skills to produce better songs.

the past month here are my requisitions...matindi na ata sakit ko.

Fender squier strat - purpose is to just ruin it
Schaller tuners
BBE sonic maximizer
MXR super comp
Radial tonebone - coming next week

ibebenta ko yung GT6 ko so me pang gas ulit..nag iipon to buy a small tube amp.

never-ending na to.

eto yung old pic ng gears ko now... will update it as soon as the new gears come in, wehehe

bwahaha matindi ka pareng SRV.. bigyan mo ko ng update kung maganda yung tonebone ha, parang trip ko rin kasi kumuha based on the audio samples sa website nila. thanks!

I've deduced what GAS means...but does it stand for something ? Like an acronym or something ?

walangyang GAS yan. i joined philmusic just last september or october. noon, ang gitara ko lang eh tatlong acoustic at isang electric. wala akong effects. before i knew what GAS was, i didn't know i already had it, hehe. kasi the day i registered, naka-acquire na agad ako ng greco sg. it all started from that, tapos tuloy tuloy na. dami nang gear na dumaan sakin from that time. ngayon, and gear ko ay parang nag-"topsy-turvy" now, i have 3 electrics, 2 acoustics, 2 multifx pedals, and 3 stompboxes. most of it na-acquire this year lang, hehe.

latest GAS attack? padating palang eh, hehe. baka this sunday pa. hay! when will this end...

ako grabe ang control ko...It's a hobby for me...I'm happy with my setup now...mga fine tuning na lang...like maybe a gain booster, a POG, any far out pedal or effect na mag inspire sa akin....it's been months na....last kung nabili strings lang.

holy mackarel MarkFlo!!!!!! How many guitars do you actually have?!?! I felt guilty when I hit 15 guitars and refuse to go above. Seeing your guitars makes me feel much, much, much better:)

Thanks! It's actually an unknown brand. Ever heard of Camel guitars?  :) Wala sa Harmony Central kahit isang review. Tried to Google it as well at wala akong makuha na info. It's made in Japan. When I got it punong-puno ng alikabok. Puro kalawang ang strings. Medyo dismayado nga ako when I first saw it. It took about two weeks when I finally decided to get it. It's currently confined at the Guitar Hospital and will undergo a refret.

i had the impulse the build myself a boost pedal some weeks back, which i actually acted upon and completed. but other than that.... no real GAS attacks for like 6 or more months. i am very much satisfied with what i've got.
