Ano dapat meron ang isang manager?
Ano ang dapat gawin ng manager?
Ano ang hindi dapat gawin ng manager?
ANo ang mga maipapayo nyo sa akin? =)


Here's a brief background about myself, baka sakaling makatulong:

*i have a wide range of music interest
*i handle a production
*i don't know the technicalities of instruments and sounds
*i know the basics of guitar playing
*i'm a frustrated bassist
*i want to have a band but it seems like i don't have a future for it anymore, so i guess i'll be in the managing side na lang =) --> managing a production and managing a band =)

very true. if you passionately love the band's music ... and of course, what you're doing...you'll get there. Passion kc is a BIG factor of success. It motivates you. Sabi nga, "if there's a will, there's a way". Even if you don't have a big fund yet... get to connections and be resourceful.... And always ask God for wisdom

I also think a band manager should have a wide range of contacts, Good communication skills, Can stand up for the band if necessary (Translation makikipag away para sa banda), Knows how to handle business including putting a price for a certain gig.
