What guitar pick (gauge size and brand) do U like best and why?

 Baliktad bro. I like the sound of a regular Fender 351 pick which is a fairly thin pick. I find that the thicker the pick the duller the sound and less tonal variation but it does offers speed. I've been hearing about V-picks, I might give em a try.

Yes thicker picks gave a less bright sound but it gives you a fuller warmer sound, plus they glide specially when playing fast. Goodluck in getting the V-pick..update us when you get one will ya.. thanks..

I use dunlop nylon 1mm. Hehehe, nag pabili pa talaga ako from u.s. Nadiscover ko lang kay sir Jim. Unbelievably, it gave my tone a brighter response.

That's the negative side to it..but for the price i bet you won't give a second thought to it.

Thin and floppy might be costly..not unless you don't tear 'em regularly..

with my picking style, i tore a .5mm pick. so i switched to 1.0mm, then i discovered tortex picks, the blue ones.

That's the negative side to it..but for the price i bet you won't give a second thought to it.

Yes, those tortex are good ones indeed, been using them for sometime before i settled with the stubby's.

I prefer Dunlop Tortex 1.14mm. Pwede rin yung ibang models nung Dunlop basta wag lang baba ng 1mm and wag lagpas 2mm

Tortex teardrop 1.2mm yung violet. Sometimes control freak ako, I want the strings to do exactly what I tell it to, and only that pick gives me that.

But then it's academic, I hardly use picks anymore. Kasalanan ni Joric hehehe.

You can also try the Jim Dunlop 2.0 Stubby pick..they're almost identical..

mukang maganda nga ang jazzIII. lagi ko nadidinig yan. recommended. pero ako po eh heavy/1mm picks na dunlop or hendrix. malaki po ba difference with jazzIII??? pinagiisipan ko magpalit eh. petrucci nga pala uses jazzIII at saka si eric johnson
