yes, Gilbert is one "Hot Shot" guitar player. even fm his Racer X days, this dude's technique & speed is freekin' awesome. but if you ask him about Satch, I'm sure hat's off sya dun. Senyor nila yan!

di ko lang sure ah.. pero di ba si vai and gilbert influence nila si satch??

well i go for satch kasi mas swak yung type ng playing ko sa kanya... melodic type of player....

pero when it comes to blues i'll go to paul.. ewan kung ako lang to ah.. haha

well we can't really compare them that much coz both of them are freakin' cool... hahaha

pero overall i'll go for satch talaga.. yung tone.. yung "gears"

, and yung feel.. i almost cried sa crying and sa always with me always with you.. haha

oo nga eh, kadalasan pa sa ganitong mga thread magkaka pikunan, siempre may gusto si ganito, mas malufet naman daw o mas mabilis si ganito... kanya kanyang opinion yan eh

+100. though it would have been better if the comparison was, lets say, between pg and kotzen, since both played for mr big or satch and steve morse (dahil common denominator ang deep purple)

ano naman kinalaman ng dinosaur dito? siguro kaya nagtatanong si thread starter, nagsusurvey siya kung kaninong style ang gagayahin niya...

wala namang away na magaganap kung walang magsisimula...

sakin lang, kay satch ako, kung maalamat lang ang paguusapan, malaki ang contribution niya sa instrumental music. mas ma feel siya mag blues na parang lumulutang ang kaluluwa ko pag naririnig kong ma feel ang licks niya. si gilbert, idol ko din yan, technicality wise at magaling din naman siya mag blues in fairness...

thread starter, pareho silang maalamat, lamang lang ng konti para sakin si satch...

"learn chords muna... tapos gagaling ka mag solo eventually..."
