Truss Rod

I pronounce it as TRUSS ROD as in with a short "U". may iba kasi narinig ko TROOS ROD ang pronunciation nila.

sa GUILD as in the acoustic guitar, I pronounce it as GILD. may iba kasi GWILD.

May kilala ako "trust rod" ang tawag diyan. Baka dahil may tiwala siyang pipigilan nung rod na mag-warp ang neck nung gitara niya.

Well, mas tama yan. American accent. :-)

Eto, how do you pronounce this: SX  :nosebleed:

May Greek, Scandinavian, Italian, French-Canadian, German, Spanish, etc. Pero, ang main market/distributor nila, nasa US. Hindi maiiwasang ma-Americanize ang pronunciation ng name. In short, the accepted pronunciation may very well be a popularly accepted one as opposed to being the true and correct one, especially if you take the name's origin into consideration.

(Seryoso po ito at hindi sarcastic.) <---- Pero ito po, oo.

Pronunciation = PRO NUN SI YAY SHON

I pronounce it this way:

pro-nun-see-yey-shun

I still hear other people pronounce Ibanez as "i-ban-yez".
Some people pronounce pickups as "pi-kaps" or "pik-aps".

DiMarzio: Heard some pronounce it as "dee-mar-sho". I pronounce it as "dee-mar-zee-yo". Dunno if that's the right way though.

And that Suhr is just.. weird. :-\

Mul-TAY effects or Mul-TEE effects? XD

Either.
