Oh let's not forget, I got rid of the orange 2x12 cabinets and replaced them with 2 of these:

That's only because my friend Atz King isn't on this forum. If he were... his gear would kick your gear's a_s any day of the week and twice on sundays.

AND Atz can actually play.

ganda ng gears mo parekoy. too bad di namen kaya iafford yan.unteng bawas ng hangin sa katawan baka lumipad ka niyan. napakalupit mo siguro magguitara lalo na sa riffing ng metal demo naman ng napaka gandang gear mo sayang kung puro picture lang at salita  :?

Put that gear into the hands of underground metal guitarists here in the Philippines and I guarantee you, our metal guitarists will rival the material other metalheads in other countries have. I have nothing against people bragging about what gear they may have, I mean, it's their right. If you've got it, flaunt it but c'mon...do not claim to outmetal anybody. Try saying that over at FilMet or IDP. You definitely DO NOT know how it is to be metal.

Dude I also know a lot of guys in those forums who diss more than they can play.  I mean, mga mahilig manukat.

I think Firemodel was saying "out-metal" in a tone aspect, but knowing the guy, he plays and looks far from being a metalhead.

nice ger too expensive for me

and it look likes a fights starting lol

anyway i can achieve a pretty decent metal tone with my gear

amp : behringer gm108
guitar : ibanez grgs22
settings:
modes : top , top , middle ( its a modeling amp)
bass: 9-10
mids: 7-8
treble: 6

personally i dont like scooped mids mids kinda give an extra punch when playing

but when covering metallica songs i scoop the mids to come closer to kirk's tone

and heres a question what do you prefer solidstate or tube?

Skills wise, I know of people in FilMet who can definitely outplay firemodel beyond the shadow of a doubt.

Tone wise, I think it's a matter of taste between people. Everyone has their idea of what their ideal tone is.

Term wise, by saying you "out metal" people means that you're head and shoulders above everyone else, which certainly isn't the case. Some people here have better gear than firemodel and a lot of people here and elsewhere can play better than firemodel. Hell, I'd take a guy who has a solid state amp, a simple pedalboard, cheap cables, stock pickups and great skills over a guy who claims to "out metal" everyone else here.

What's the use of having the best metal tone if you yourself don't know how to play metal. And we're not convinced until you give us a demo, just a really short demo by you, like the demo of your baker.  :-) Please? it won't hurt you right?

pero baka di ko pa rin ma-maximize ang full potential ng mga gears na yun kung magkakaron ako kasi di naman ako malufet tumugtog eh.
