The Russian & US versions are both in display. Yung Russian version mas cheaper ng mga 1.2K.

I say go for it. I own a Russian Sovtek Reissue Big Muff (black version). Very very fat sound fuzz sound. Think of Smashing Pumpklins and Nirvana's "Lithium" ... pati Weezer I think MUff din ang gamit. Only back side is medyo muffled sya sa palm mute.

FUZZFACE ang bago kong paborito ngayon (aside from TS9).

Fuzzface--->Delay---->OD'en Amp = Tonal Heaven for me 8)

...very creamy (i don't get that creaminess using TS9 though. Well, of course)

I used to find the sound harsh pag "in-front" of the amp until i experimented with it again. Tweak dito, tweak doon. Tas yun, bingo!

Konting kalikot sa volume & tone knobs nung gitara will do the job din.

An FF in front of a clean amp (esp. tube) is another tone story. It gives me wonders though.

I just thought i'd share. :D

ts7. though i've used na rin yung mt2 and dod death metal pero annoying lang yung feedback dahil single coils. i've used also a dod grunge pedal and ok sya para sakin (except for the battery cover hehe).

pareng Mark, you just gave me an idea.. till you posted your chain, ang paggamit ko sa FF was: TS >> Fuzz Face >> clean amp so parang booster lang talaga sya. or rektang Fuzz Face to amp lang. i reckon mababa lang yung OD gain ng amp mo, am i correct? kasi kung taasan mo yung gain, ayun nga yung harsh delay sound na sinasabi mo. thanks for sharing this useful info Maestro Mark! :)

I usually run my amp pretty clean when the delay is in front of it. I also add a touch of gain depending on the mood and the delays are still pristine. Just a touch of dirt sometimes makes it sound interesting.

Sobrang ok tong pedal na to. Super reliable, kahit anong amp sa gigs, it'll sound decent at the very least :)

yep, purist ako before e, no amp OD gain at all (clean mode lang) when i have a delay before it unless it's in the effects loop. i tried adding just a bit of gain nga, it sounds great :)

Glad to be of help. :D

i have a love/hate relationship with that thing.  once you find a setting that works with your setup, it sounds really good, but you gotta tinker.  i'm not much of a tinkerer haha.  it has a smooth character overall, but you can dial in some extreme edginess too!  has about as much gain as a tube screamer and buttloads of output!
