Yes. As mentioned by Abraham Maslow, Sex is one necessity of human. Maliban na lang kung may sakit ka na sa puso. Too much sex is a big no no, especially sa umaga. hahahaha! It may sound funny pero totoo yun as mentioned by Dr. Bellosilo. hehe.
