my first dream guitar was simply having my own electric guitar, kahit rj ok lang. and yeah now i have it, now im dreaming of owning a gibson explorer or any explorer shaped guitar with good hardware and electronics.

ahh oki.... depends on the budget naman eh... daming magandang acoustic ngayun... eto kasi, masarap sha gamitin kahit full band set-up kasi lumilitaw pa din tunog nya... may pagka-light rock kami ngayun eh... so far ok sha for me...

research ka pa... hehehe, para makakuha ka ng acoustic na swak sa panlasa mo... 8)

Finally, it arrived earlier than I expected... one of my dream guitar, with better bridge pickup  :D I won this baby on ebay.





Comes with a Jackson hardcase and I'm surprised that the guitar (1 yr. old as told me by the seller) doesn't even have a tiny scratch on it. It looks like it was just bought straight from the store.

I dreamed a dream in time gone by
When hope was high and life worth living...

somewhere sa first page nung thread na 'to i said i settled for a '52ri kasi the real deal seemed ridiculously priced (it still sometimes looks that way. specially when i'm doing the bills). i dreamed that dream again last night. i want a tele thats older than me. i want at least one of these: '68 or '69 pink paisley tele (like the ones james burton and brad paisley play), '62 tele ('burst with binding preferably) or a pre 53 broadcaster/nocaster/telecaster.

yeah...can't afford those...anything thats like more than 2K...is too much for me.

recently, I got one of my idol's guitar models, an Ibanez George Benson GB-10. Pretty soon, I am going to start building a guitar but I haven't decided which to pursue. Here are the specs (see below). Suggestions?

70's Spec Fender Jazzmaster style guitar
-sparkle red finish with matching headstock color
-abalone block inlays
-all other details are similar to whatever jazzmasters have on them
-this idea was influenced by the Brit band Feeder, one of my favorite bands.

Natural Finish Mahogany Explorer
-natural finish with EMG 81/85 pup combo
-all mahogany body neck with ebony fretboard
-inspired by James Hetfield...enough said.

I always wished for either an N4 or an N2.  I was at the neighborhood music store back in '97 and found the guy.  I just had to pick it up when I saw it.  The most widely sold model was in either natural or Paduak finish.  Mine was the special all-black, including the Floyd tailpiece.

Been dreaming about a Brian May Red Special guitar since I started listening to Queen two decades ago.  It has a very distinct sound na alam mo agad na si Brian May  :)
