I agree with sir los, Ive been there bago lang sila dont remember late 2009 early 2010 i think. All of their guitars have low prices even for photogenic lespaul copies..2-3k almost lahat.. but then since dumami na buyer nila PM forumer, a dad who wants to buy a guitar for church or for their sons, hobbyists, collectors etc and some local celebrity guitar players started to visit their store.( I even saw kitchie nadal once looking around ). They are taking that opportunity to add prices to their products. Nagulat ako sa mark up ng prices nila from 2009 from the prices now. Baka stock pa yung iba. I also used to think pcpark japan is a goldmine. But now..mas ok pa bumili ka nalang ng brand new sx tele sa jb or sa forum nalang which has the same price at least every thing is rest assured intact and in good condition. Hindi na rin practical for a project guitar which can cost you more for repairs modifications etc.

Although again thats my personal preference. If you want to buy there go..Just don't go with the hype. Trust your own instincts..i would say.

May tinanong akong tokai na love rock kung may tawad pa yung presyo (na parang almost brand new ang price) wala na raw. Napa-isip ako na mas mahal pa yung binebenta nila kaysa dito sa philmusic at least makakatawad ka dito at minsan mint pa.

Visited at PCparkjapan Makati last month and all I can say is nakakaturn-off ang price and the status of the guitars. Mas ok pa dito sa forums kesa bumili ka dun. Sana man lang may luthier na tiga-ayos ng action, electricals at tiga linis ng guitar. Parang antique shop yung ambiance. Yung ibang guitar nilagyan lang ng string tapos dinisplay na.

Para sa mga bibili make sure na testingin nyo muna bago nyo bilhin.

I've been to pc park makati a lot of times and still cant find a decent guitar.

Visited this place last Tuesday, hoping to find a nice guitar as my second Gear... Dami ding magaganda.. but aside from the fact na my mga dings ung guitara, im not sure if the sound quality is as good.. my mga pedals din (in Makati Branch) and tuners...

Seriously..50k could get you 2 US made guitars na if youre hardworking enough to search second hand network...at alaga pa..grabe noh?

Galing ako dun last january. Medyo overpriced na rin mga guitars doon. Ung mga nasa 4-5k range parang gagastusan mo pa.

Total Waste of Time...and i did it 3x.

....when i went to makati to fetch my wife, went there. Parang Morgue. A lot of good parts to salvage, to say the least. But way to pricey for the guitars' status. They will need a lot of work. My friend gave me one from PC Park. Some parts where mismashed. It's still with me though. Project gtr.Also, I was able to buy 2 strat copies. They sold it for 4K I think, for both. It took me almost 2 hrs to pick those two. They both sported Wilkinson Tremolo bridge and vintage kluson-style tuners. Both had maple necks and squire bighead. Electronics are thrash. Pickups...nasa ref door namin for holding memos

....Salvaged those two..sold the parts separately.....total sale : 9k.

....i don't recommend it for those looking for play and plug guitars with good quality. But if you have the spare time and dough to rebuild them, take the time...you may get a nice one with good wood,then upgrade... have it set up by a good and honest luthier. But then again, you may want to consider getting a brand new one na lang.

+1 on the shop aesthetics.

Haven't been to their shop for quite a long time now, I only browse through their FB page. I think its when they made their FB page that prices started going astronomical.

kahit naman yung mga ibang japan surplus (junk stores) hanep din magpresyo...mga furniture at cabinets nagtanong kami once..hanep!! parang di ka din makakatipid..unreasonable..tapos pag haggle ka..ayaw pa magbudge...pero I know its cool and sometimes you can find amazing stuff with shops like these..ukay ukays..pero..wheres the dignity in that? our society is acting like the whole country...relying on hand me downs and donations to get by..especially in the Military side..sigh...offeran mo ng mga WWI vehicles sigurado tatanggapin pa nila..at recomission...pathetic...eh trillion trillion naman ang national budget ng bansa ah...obvious binubulsa at hindi naallocate ng mabuti...parang yung ugali ng 18Million Lotto winner..

first time ko makabili ng gitara sa kanila mura pa ngayon medyo may kataasan nah! in fairness sa PC park dumami na kasi mga staff nila na maayos naman kausap kahit hindi bihasa sa gitara, wait na lang pag may sale, ang kagandahan lang sa mga MIJ/CIJ lalo na sa mga acoustic guitar eh pulido ang craftsmanship
