Let me have my take on this shop where I usually get my gear.

One, I treat the people there with respect and I get reciprocated.  I can only think of a few things gone wrong as customers that you got a bad treatment.

Number one, you have to remember you are dealing with people.  Treat them with respect and they will treat you too with respect.

Number two, if you pester them with a lot of fickle mindedness like asking what does this box do and that, you are likely to get lambasted.  Do your homework and find out what you really want.  Don't go to the grocery asking the saleslady how does the tomato paste taste differently with another in the stack.

Number three, if you have issues, go to proper forum.  If you have not brought it to their attention through a letter then you are just barking at the wrong tree.  Barking here is just forum shopping.

Number four, if there is truth that many are dissatisfied then why the shop is still there and why I still get my gear there  :-D

If you do not want a bad treatment, be nice to them guys.

I can only give you tips....kung hindi bibili, sabihin outright na hindi ka bibili instead of pretending that you have $hitloads of cash in your pocket.  Be honest, if you are a dumb a$$ sabihin ninyo please educate me kasi ignorante ako.

Try it and it really works not just for music shops.

So, these are requirements from AP to all customers? :D

With all due respect we know exactly where we’re barking, SIR.

Anyhow, welcome to the forums. You know, I make a living out of reading people’s profiles and I could clearly tell from your posts that you are from Audiophile. It could even be you, Mr. Paraiso.
Can't blame you for liking my bass more than you like me.

pano mo bibigyan ng respect eh bago palang magsisimula ang conversation nyo wala ng respect sayo?? after my experience with them, for me nirerespect ka nila pag alam nilang marami  kang pera.. please do a back reading of my experience with them.. oo malaki ang binigay nilang discount sa akin that time na bumili ako ng gears and after that a simple accessorry lang bibilhin ko tinarayan ako pati asawa ko nawalan na ng ganang pumasok dun. pero no choice na sya pag inuutusan ko kasi dun lang talaga ako makaka kuha ng specific item na bibilhin ko..  I dont want AP festi to be closed down..  paltan na lang ng mas customer friendly na staffs.

My fifty cents..

Hey guys you can always get gear from the US of A.  No need to deal with Audiophile.

Good option but if you happen to have issues with let's say Ibanez guitar you got from Tom Lee, be prepared as well to turn it over to them at your own expense and to avoid your frustration, do not deal with AP for support or any other product related queries.  If you find them not stocking the guitar you wanted, then complain them to Ibanez

Same thing with ordering from US; shipping, import duties and taxes add up to the overall cost often equaling the price for the same item bought locally, then there is the warranty to worry about since US warranties are rarely honored here. And if you do manage to avoid the cost of importing, guess who pays for return shipping to the US if you encounter problems with your purchase?

Bibili dapat kame ng Peavey Amp, binigyan kame ng discount if cash. tas nung babayaran na dpat namen using card, wala na yung discount.

e ang card kapag straight payment is considered cash. ayun sa JB na lang kame bumili. where cash and straight payment using card is the same.

Cash and straight payment using card must be the same.

tsk tsk

AFAIK, meron 5% charge ang bangko everytime you use a CC (Kahit pa straight charge). Their SRP price is the same as their Card price. I think
