But otherwise, aside from the body and headstock, a tele is known for the "twang" tone while the strat is known it's versatile clean sound.

yung isa "quack" yung isa naman "twang"

yung isa floating bridge, yung isa hardtail... (though pwedeng i hardtail ang floating at pwedeng lagyan ng bigsby ang hardtail.)

yung isa 3 pu's yung isa 2 lang...

yung isa madalas meduim neck yung isa naman very fast ang neck

yung isa contour body style at hapit na hapit "daw" sa katawan mo at isa naman mukhang boat paddle.

yung isa pang all around ma pa hendrix man o pang surf yung isa naman pwede ring pang all around pero mas prefered ng mga country musicians...

marami pa eh...

You can hear the distinct tonal differences if you compare artists from one group, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Yngwie, and Eric Johnson on the Strat side with another group, say Chrissie Hynde, Frank Black, Brian May (on Crazy Little Thing Called Love) and Danny Gatton who play Teles almost exclusively.

Teles are twngy...great for country or rockabilly music.  I also enjoy hearing unison bends on the lower frets when it comes to these guitars.  A song that I enjoy listening to which has that classic sound on The Pretenders's Back On The Chain Gang, especially the lead part in the intro.

Strats are distinctive to me in tone if the neck pickup is used.  It doesn't have the trebly sting that Teles have...a very tonal opposite.  My favorite example for this would be Stevie Ray Vaughn's Lenny or Jimi's Wind Cries Mary.

now i know... im just new to fender guitars... i have strat copy but iba ung orig sguro... im curious about those guitar...for the meantime im planning to buy squire strat...or tele( which is which?)... i just bought kc fender fm dsp25... i want to compare the orig 1 and the copied 1...

FYI (although this is not unknown to many members), the solo on Stairway to Heaven was recorded on a Tele. Jimmy Page's early days with the Yarbirds, a telecasted he used.

first of all, fender and squier are not guitar models... brands yan.

fender, the "normal" brand while squier is the "economy" brand...

fender and squier both make strats and teles. just to make it clear...

yun lang, almost all the differences between the two nasabi na eh, hehe.
