fret buzz on unamplified electric guitars?

Minimal buzz ok lang basta wag all throughout the fretboard.

actually 1st fret lng ng 3rd string(G). it happened when i replaced a new set of ErnieBall .09's.

if it's not heard when amplified ok lang yun pero much better if la nga buzz when not amplified kasi mas may sustain.

Actually, buzzing is more likely with lighter gauge strings kasi mas malaki yung vibration area nila kesa sa medium or heavy gauge strings (mas taut kasi ang mas makapal na strings).

You can minimize this all the more by gently raising the action at the bridge (or nut, yun nga lang luthier na gagawa nun), using heavier gauge strings, or just pick and strum gently.

dahil ba yun sa type of strings? sa action/ bridge setup? or sa pagkalagay ng strings? LP kasi yun eh.

applies to all types of guitars. . Sometimes buzzing also occurs because of a too-straight or backbowed neck. Pero hindi siguro applicable yan sa specific na Les Paul na meron ka. Me plastic pa nga ata ang truss rod cover nyan wink wink.

tried that already. nbawasan lng nmn ang buzz. di ko kasi npncin kung may buzz noong di pa ko nagpapalit ng strings. sbi nmn sakn ng iba, ganun dw tlga pg newly replaced strings.

1st fret ng 3rd string? this might be symptomatic of a worn-down nut slot or an improperly cut nut. no amount of backbow can produce buzzing localized at the 1st fret.

normal ang buzz sa electrics. as long as it's just a bit of buzz here and there, and not dead spots, ok lang yan. but bear in mind that fret buzz does suck some of the tone away from your strings.

Baka new string buzz lang.  Mas malutong talaga buzz kapag bago yung strings.

well, im not bothered nmn eh. just wanna know if this "new string buzz" theory exists.hehe. thanks for d info guys. kung Gibson ang LP ko at nangyari yung buzz na yan, iiyak ako. eh kaso, copy lng nmn LP ko kya no prob.
