I've also tried KTS Titanium saddles before. While high quality upgrade parts such as Callaham, etc. are always good, evaluate first if your guitar is worth spending the extra money on. No offense to Behringer Strat owners, but I don't think that starter/beginner guitars will do any justice to the upgrade parts. Imagine buying a Callaham full bridge + trem block assembly upgrade and having it mounted onto a Behringer Strat. Mas mahal pa yung bridge assembly sa guitar. You won't hear the difference (for the most part). There are cheaper saddles out there that will solve the TS' string breaking problem.
MIJ Strats are normally good base units for modding. But above everything else, test the guitar first.
