PT2 in soft case. Gonna be a bit snug after. I'm sure you're gonna upgrade. You'd be lying if you weren't gonna do it. lol

what do you think of the T-Rex stuff? their reptile 2 digital delay looks pretty killer. slightly more expensive than the nova delay. should I go for that o timefactor ka pa rin? HAHAHA!

Based on the photo
Patch cables - your'e looking at 18 plugs. no, i cannot determine from the photo alone how much patch cable you need. http://lavacable.com/lava.html
main instrument cables - 3- 6 - i suggest Lava Soar from 6-12 feet. - http://lavacable.com/lava.html
Your amp - Kimber 4VS speaker cable. http://lavacable.com/kimber.html 4 feet is enough. Try the r/a to r/a. Lessens the risk of the cable getting damaged on the cab side.
As for the two EB pedals, since they're just controller (assuming), get Lava Blue demon or the Magma cable. This saves you money.

Could you post a photo of the following?
*Back side of your rack effects
*Front part of the TC elec board.
