It is ok to try out our pianos.

There have been improvements in the store and staff, so you may want to try it out again.

I was just at Lyric Rockwell/Powerplant Mall last night. I tried an acoustic for a good while and no problem with the sales staff, binigyan pa ko ng upuan para ma demo ko daw ng husto yung acoustic.

recent experience namin sa lyric. nag hahanap kami ng gig bag. tinanong namin kung pwedeng makita yung gig bag. to our surprise etong sales staff e parabang inutusan nya kami nakunin ung isang gig bag sa corner. e malay namin kung san naka lagay yung gig bag. sa tingin ko trabaho niya na siya mismo kumuha ng gigbag. in the end we ended up buying the gigbag since walang stock sa jb.

suggestion konting customer service naman.

Maybe nasa character na ng staff lang yan. I would want to look more on the items they sell.
Dito sa SM Pampanga branch ng Lyric several times ako nagvisit at ineentertain talaga ako ng mga staff, they would suggest me some items na akma sa presyong hanap ko and nakakarelieve yung smile nung manager.

Kung ako siguro nasungitan, I would ignore that guy and just look at other staffs, after all di naman sila yung pinuntahan ko dun. But again nasa judgement naman natin yan.

once bumisita ako ng Lyric SM North (doon sa may "carpark"). halos lahat ng tinanong kong items wala daw sila, and kept on telling me "sir punta na lang kayo ng Lyric Trinoma". wenk!

regarding sa pakikitungo sa customers wala akong naging bad experiences whatsoever, they do a good job naman

The reason they keep on referring you to our TriNoma branch is that our SM City North EDSA Interior Zone branch is a piano store in general. We cannot provide other instruments in that branch for now.

rather than, "wala po kami niyan, wala po kami nito, dun nalang po kayo sa trinoma branch mag tanong"..

I bought two cats on separate occassions from Lyric Parksquare in Makati. Si Cindy naabutan ko she is nice and very friendly

as for me,i found best service of lyric sa megamall. id like to commend PAUL! best CS na nkuha ko from any dude. before, i go sa JB plage.poor after sales.im asking them if i could have n
my SX set up ksi nag bend fret,deadma lang. busy daw sila.

sa lyrics nag try ako ng pedals,oks lang.kahit anu pa.inquiries all answers valid.good job dun.kya kht anu lang i drop by just to say hi to them.very friendly.

Been to Lyric MOA multiple times these past couple of months. Sobrang okay ang customer service nila. Isang specific gauge ng Elixir string ang hinanap ko one time. Ako na nga ang nahiya doon sa salesperson kasi binulatlat nya lahat ng boxes ng Elixir strings na pang-tingi doon sa eskaparate nila. Super oks talaga sila doon!

Sa Lyric Rockwell naman, pag nagawi ka doon, ayus din ang customer service. May kasama pang kwentuhan with Pakoy. Hehehe...
