ive been obsessed with john frusciantes albums (red hot c. p. guitarist)
my favorites lately are

curtains

will to death

each of his albums has a diff. approach, from electronica, rock, pop/rock, to more experimental stuff like in curtains.

one thing that stands out in his work is the arranging and intelligent songwriting, song structures, lyrics, vocals/backing vocals

the album: shadows collide w/ people and will to death have brilliant arranging

do any of you guys also like Jf's stuff?

naka-chamba ako ng "shadows collide" sa tower....love the lyrics...very clever and pag-inanalyze mo...totoo nga. hes a genius.

fave ko yung may lyrics na "...and if you flail this broken sword around you'll cut nothing up..." ano title nun?

waha, dami din pala adik kay frusciante dito..

every album nga may different approach,, from drugged in his first solo album to being unreachable in Empyrean..

naghhanap ako ng frusciante albums sa mga record stores sa sa sm,, ala ako makita.. huhu

he turned my guitar playing upside-down when i heard his solo stuff.

favorite songs of mine are the past recedes, omission, murderers and a song to sing when i'm lonely.

also, frusciante looks like jesus lol

Fan nya ko! Astig nung tinugtog nya yung "How deep is your love" sa isa nilang concert parang isiningit lang nya para magkaroon ng break.

wala na sya sa RHCP...pero nagsosolo parin sya..at meron yung isang gig e tumugtog red hot, tapos tumugtog din sya as john frusciante...that's according to flea's twit  :-D

at napanaginipan ko nung isang gabi na nakita ko nga sila sa isang gig magkasama ni flea pero hindi as red hot...hehe  :lol:

siguro dahil narin sa pinapatugtog ko habang natutulog..pumasok yung kanta nya sa panaginip ko which projected his image among other things... :lol:

Kanina ko lang nalaman (sa wiki) na dapat pala under a band name irerelease ang shadows collide dati, together with Josh Klinghoffer. Bilib rin ako kay Josh, the best pag nagjajam yung dalawa.

si JK na yung bagong red hot guitarist e...challenge din sakanya yun...pero knowing na nakikijam na sya sakanila dati e ok na yun...which reminds me, makapanood nga ng vids nila na si JK na ang kasama...hindi pa pala ako nakanood..at macompare somehow siya kay JF... :-D

I am a fan of JF! I have shadows collide, to record water and the empyrean. JF's solo work is as good if not better than his work in RHCP.  :-D

hi gain amp + strat = john frusciante... he changed my guitar playing in every aspect... sa mga solo album nya ang hnd ko lang trip is yung PBX funicular... pero may mga kanta din xa dun na mejo ok din.. and by the way josh klinghoffer ( john's replacement) ok din yung mga licks nya sa i'm with you album ng red hot.. :)
