ask ko lang po kng cno ang may sound clips d2 ng ALNICO PUPS na single coil.
dpa po kc ako nkakarinig kng ok yung PUP na ganung brand.,pa post or pa PM nlng po ang mga comment nyo about sa ALNICO PUPs. ( IN SHORT MAGANDA PO BA ANG ALNICO PUPs?)

Hi.

Alnico refers to the type of magnet used in pickups. Ceramic is the other magnet-type used.

There are many types of alnico magnets used, the more common being alnico 2, 5, and 3 in single coils...

Try to listen to the soundclips on the Acme Guitar Works website for some idea...

the Evo I's have ceramic magnets. So do the L-500's made in 2004 and earlier.

It's in the design, not the magnet.

True! I enjoyed the stock ceramic pups that were in my son's Squier Affinity Strat for clean tone. And some people love the stock ceramic pups that come with the Essex SX ST57 Strat as well.

Others vouch for the great tone in noiseless pups. Now I don't know wtf are in those things, but Jeff Beck sounds mighty good!  :D
