I once use Elixir .09 the one with anti rust at nanoweb daw , since ang habol ko is yung anti rusting ng string dahil yung ang madalas kong problem pag inistore ko ang guitar ko. pero it only gives me disappointment dahil, nung ininstall ko yung elixir I only use it in one of my gig and store it for a couple of months siguro 4-6 months, it is already full of rust and it breaks pagkalabas ko sa bag, the only string that really survive sa akin lately is yung ghs which last more than a year na nakaistore, I use it after installation and after one year. But in regards sa tunog ng Elixir, its kinda bright which is good for riff and leads which I love, disappoint lang talaga ako dun sa anti rusting na hindi naman nangyari in my end.

There are a lot of board discussions comparing these 2 (From Elixir homepage, UG, Harmony Central).

Mahirap i-generalize kasi it depends on the guitar, gauge, and your tone preference.

But for me, phospor bronse nano 0.12 bagay na bagay sa acoustic taylor, and 0.10 or 0.11 sa Takamine ko 

Sa electric nano pa rin, gauge 10 or 11. Pero kung nauubusan ng nano stock, okay na rin ako sa poly

It's weird but I like how the wound strings on Polyweb sets feel just a tad plastic-y and sound slightly more muffled than normal strings.

If there's nothing wrong with your guitar (sharp edges, etc.), there's nothing to worry about. A set of Polywebs lasts me around six months. Malakas akong mag pick at madalas akong mag bend.

nanowebs ba gamit mo bro? good kung nanowebs. kasi I often bend strings and use tremolo.

Hahaha. Hindi siguro bro. 3-5x longer daw eh. Baka 5 years tops lang.

I have elixirs on my gigging guitar for 2 months na,i don't think it will last for a year,namamalat na kasi (siguro kung brdroom guitarist ka)....tapos mejo slight sintunado na. If you're a lead player o kaya power chords lang,malamang tatagal to sa gtr mo,pero kung kaskasero ka o mahilg sa funky rhythm,mabilis mag-himulmol yung coating. On the good side,maganda yung tunog ng strings,really spanky and sparkly parin after 2 months,saka matibay.
