i dont like people who hates strat!

I don't hate the strat, but I don't like it because

1. it's just not my sound. HH talaga, and
2. alam kong hindi ako worthy tumugtog ng strat. the style, the sound, the nuances of the instrument. I won't ever do it justice.

best thing about strats. you can mod it just the way you like it

I used to hate the strat because:

1. It's hissy when used with mid-high gain distortion
2. The center pickup really disrupts my guitar solo playing
3. The bridge is hard to clean

But i'm a convert and I play my strat (or tele) mostly:

1. I have a Smart gate so goodbye noise
2. It forces me to play cleaner because the 3 idle fingers from
The picking hand are farther from the strings
3. It's very flexible sounding (roll down tone and i can get good dirt sounds; roll it up and it's shimmering cleans)
