pearl target series was intended for the asian market only, if you will look at the pearl website hindi kasama ang model na ito, the mapex q series is way way higher model than the target series, soundwise and hardware wise lamang and q seires sa target, i am saying not becuase i am biased with mapex, but since i was able to handle before the marketing area of both pearl drums in yupangco and mapex during my stint in forerunner tech.. 
Do you agree that even if a product do have quality materials, these will all go to waste and sales will be down if poor customer service will be given by the distributor/dealer to their clients?
Like if a simple query about simple parts are not attended? I pretty sure lets say in yupangco, if ply finds out about incompetencies or if sales do not attend to the simple needs of its clients/product users like in my case where my query on a simple hoop is not being answered or attended and the client, he will confront this incompetent staff. Agree?

It seems your working with Mapex Philippines and I believed you love your work, company and the mapex brand, I do hope you will have the courtesy to help on my legit query on the parts that I need for my BP.
