Drumming regrets?

I should have practiced a lot of paradidles when I started.
I should have practiced traditional grip when I started.

I should have broken my relationship with my ex earlier than 2007. (Sya ang reason na wala akong palo for 4 years at partly kasalanan ko din kasi nag padala naman ako)

I should have invested more on my gear!
I should have studied more note reading! (Sana sight reader na ako ngayon!)

I should have listened to my band master before (Dati akong marching band at madalas nya kaming pinapasulat ng nota, kaso mas masarap mag sulat ng love notes sa mga chicks nung high school **Ala pa kasing cell phones nun**)

Andaming Regrets eh.... tama na ayoko na... Good Vibes... Keep on practicing....magiging Dave Weckle din ako someday! hahaha

Regrets? well nung highschool ako madaming gusto akong turuan na magbasa ng drum notes.... kaso... hindi ko pinansin.... ayun until now.... inosente pa din ako sa Drum note reading hehe.... but i'll try my best para matuto... i'll start pag kabili ko ng sarili kong Drumset sa raon next week or next month 

Dude mag Guitar Pro ka.... Pinaka madaling matuto ng nota eh mag sulat ka ng tugtog mo sa nota... Just a piece of my cake hehehe....

Dude mag Guitar Pro ka.... Pinaka madaling matuto ng nota eh mag sulat ka ng tugtog mo sa nota... Just a piece of my cake hehehe....

Hahaha totoo yun! Sa Guitar Pro ako natutong mag basa ng notes sa drums  , pero hindi pa ako masyadong magaling at mabilis magbasa ng notes.

Di naman sir. Mas ok kasi na mas mataas ang snare na setup kasi mas madaling iikot sa hats and toms kung Trad Grip. Oks naman ang conventional kasi nakasanayan na pero if I were to choose, Traditional Grip talaga... And babawiin ko na din.... Yes it's cooler... hehehehe

My regret is tinangihan ko yung mga offers of some people dahil nag aaral pako at takot sa ganung klaseng gig..i hope theres a next one and i will grab it..
my other regret is naaliw ako sa chops pero narealize ko di naman siya mapapasok palage,so now i just groove my a** off.. hehe..
i just realized it last year e 15 years nako nagdrums,better late than never. i just now play with one lick pero how you execute and orchestrate the lick will make it sound like at different one kahit same sticking lang. konting edit lang.. hehe salamat kay mama..hehe

when Franklin Benitez offered to teach me drums and said no thanks, almost 20 years ago. Coz i was so into just the guitars then.

I never bothered to read drum notes, hanggang ngayon, just using my ear And declining various drum lessons. Ayun, kaya di ako makarelate XD, "rudiments? Ano yun?" "Pano magbasa nyan?" "Parinig na lang tapos gagayahin ko na lang".

I regret leaving the band scene.

Siguro, kung tinuloy-tuloy namin yung pagbabanda, may mga album na rin kami ngayon siguro. Mga kasabay namin dati sikat na ngayon eh.

hindi na sana ko nag sayang ng 2 years attempting a DIY e-drum, i ended up scrapping the project after 2 years spending 25k may mga parts ako na di mahanap at hindi ako masaya sa response ng mga DIY trigger ko then ended up buying a roland TD-9k after problem solved

Sana di ko naibenta mga drums ko namimiss ko sila...hehe naadik kasi sa airsoft kaya ayun
tuloy naging mga baril mga drums ko. Pero ok lang super dami naman ako ginawang recording playing with
them and some few videos.

Sana imbis na inumaga ako kaka online games, nagpaumaga nalang ako kakarudiments

Sana dati, hindi ako nagpakasarado sa iisang genre lang.

Sana ginawa kong habit na kahit nanunuod ng vid sa YouTube or nanunuod ng TV, nagppractice ako ng rudiments kahit walang stick.

Ikaw na nagbabasa nito at may panahon pa, matuto ka sa regrets namin.
