Mga sirs.. Mero na bang binibenta na ISTANBUL SAMATYA sa manila? d ko alam kasi sa probinsya ako.. lanning to buy 13" hihat ng ganung series.. meron po ba yan sa lazer? mga magkanu kaya un? salamat po!

merong SAMATYA just go to any lazer music outlets.. as for 13" sized hats.. not so sure about that though! cheers!

Thank you very much.. Sir follow up question po.. where could i find the most "complete" lazer outlet in manila? Pupunta ako dun 1 day lang so time ko for exploration is very limited.. asking for help para makita q lahat in just one outlet.. thank you sa mg reply..^^

Go to SM North Edsa branch.. Friendly staffs there.. but sa tingin ko wala na samatya duon dahil nasakin na

nakita ko na tong Istanbul cymbals sa Lazer sa Ali Mall. Kaya lang per set nila binebenta wala pa raw per piece. Yung ride ng Radiant gusto ko kaso kasama sa set e. 16,500 lang yung set composed of 20" ride, 16" crash and 14" hats. napaisip nga ako kung ibebenta ko pc ko makuha ko lang to kaso pag ipunan ko na lang

ako talagang ipon para sa istanbul agop. Nakaplano na nga yung mga bibilihin ko he hehe..

yung signature nila ang pinakagusto ko. plan ko bumuo ng odd size na set -- 15" na hihat, 17" crash, 19" crash/ride, 21" ride (tapos 19" na china swish

pero special order to.. he hee... )

Tapos gusto ko ng 24" traditional ride.. Pati yugn vezir na 22", Cindy blackman hihats, 12" turk splash, 8" turk bell, and 20" na turk jazz ride... ha haha... nangarap na naman po ako..

alchemy ang parang sister brand ng agop na puro bright talaga. http://www.alchemycymbals.com/

all's well and good na magpapasok sila ng agop, kaso ano ba balak nila ipasok na mga line? sana traditional (cheaper, better K's), tsaka turk, tsaka signature. kaso malamang traditional, alchemy, at siguro sultan lang na naman yan.

hindi pa alam nung mga contact ko kung anong exact line ung ipapasok.. hoping for both Traditional and Alchemy lines though!

Sino na po ang matagal na may istanbul? Concern lang ako sa durability, kasi sa stagg dami ko nabalitaang nagcrack eh. I know the debates going on na nasa technique lang talaga ang durability ng cymbals, ako mismo hindi pa din nakaka-crack ng cymbal, but you just cannot ignore those massive users that's disappointed with the durability of the product. May kakilala ako hindi naman kalakasan pumalo at may proper technique talaga pero nakabasag pa din ng stagg. Concern lang talaga ako.. Kung ok talaga tong istanbul baka bumili din ako kahit crash lang.

I've had the istanbul agop signature crash and an istanbul agop mel lewis crash/ride for a couple of years. Used ko nabili yon and matagal na sa previous owner. These are meant for jazz and light playing. Haven't laid on them heavy yet kasi mas gusto ko ung tunog nila with light hits. As far sa durability, hindi naman nagcrack or nasira.

No experience with the alchemy and xist series pero I think those can definitely take a beating.

Depende din sa weight / series na bibilihin. Most of the turkish cymbals are durable naman pero depende talaga sa palo.
