I got a Gibson Les Paul Tribute goldtop from the Crescendo guys in Robinsons Magnolia.  Great extension of sale price and fantastic service.  Will definitely go back to buy more in the future.  They offer a bigger discount for repeat buyers, I was made to understand.  Great, Crescendo guys.  Mabuhay kayo.

purchased last week a gibson lp honeyburst tribute for a friend at cresendo sm fairview after coming from magnolia because the stock was there. Great customer relations/service on both stores,very acomodating specially when you want to test the item.wish though that the tribute came with a hardcase instead of the padded one and a free cable perhaps.but all in all am satisfied with their service!:)

I was at Crescendo yesterday in Rob Magnolia and I must say that their crew, by far, is the most accommodating. They show no qualms at all in letting the curious and intrigued customers try even their most expensive guitar. Something I haven't seen or experienced in a while in other leading musical stores here. Heck, most stores would even display uneasy gestures before they let you try a guitar that's over the 40k price mark. Which, of course, is total bullsh#t!

The guys at Crescendo, on the other hand, gave me full liberty to play and blaze through a Gibson Flying V and even allowed me to go through different amps. Now, that's what I call, SERVICE!

Kudos to Janno and his team for practicing what they preach. You guys are doing a great job and that is THE WAY TO GO!

Nakaka-try ako ng mga mahal na gitara, ako na lang nahiya eh..hehehe.. pero kahit ganun, maingat parin sila, as long na ok ka sa kanila..

hi. i just bought an epiphone sg g400 pro last 8/29/12. i only used the guitar <5 times due to my busy schedule as a post graduate medical intern.  upon restringing my guitar, i noticed that the 5th (b string) tuning peg was broken/defective.  upon purchase, i just noticed it to be tight so i didnt bother since it was new. would it be possible to get a replacement guitar since the guitar shud have been defect free when i purchased it.  its impossible to notice this factory defect upon purchase not unless i immediately changed the strings when i bought the guitar. i already sent the guitar to rob magnolia wid the receipt yesterday and the staff there agrees dat it was a factory defect.  thanks
