For a 10000W or 10KW:
  • 3333.33 Watts ► safest po ito if all the equipment's power consumption summed up into this

► Kung current consumption (A or mA) ang naka-label instead of Watts, you can do this simple equation ► W = Volts (V) x Ampere (A)
► I am guessing that 10KW has a large industrial type line conditioner.. If not try mo sir humanap po na kaya ng 10KW or higher..

-Emil
Sir Emil would you advice the use of a surge protector on equipments with SMPS? TIA for the answer  :)

Sir jofel, if your budget can afford to do this para safe ka: based from my setup, i use one 5000VA servo type AVR for my microtech crown 2400 only for my subs, one 3000VA servo type AVR for my LPS 2500 for my mids and one 3000VA servo type AVR for my EP1500 for my highs including the two 250W moving head. tapos one 500VA servo type AVR for my crossover, EQ, ultramizer and my mixing console. one gauge #12 royal cord (30m long) for my  sound system and one separate gauge #10 royal cord (about 35m long) for the lights with the FF load: Dimmer pack with 8-PAR 64bulbs, 6pcs 3W PAR led, 14pcs 1W PAR led and other accessories like mushroom, laser lights, bubble machines and smoke machine. I use 60amps circuit breaker for the lights and 40amp ckt breaker naman sa sound system. So far OK naman. it is better if you can further use gauge #8, #6 or even thicker royal cord for your lights.

Thank you sa napaka detalyadong tips nyo sir! Wow! :-o

Pero one more question sir.

1 pc Crown LPS 800 running the highs of the 2 pcs SRX 725 clones when in bi-amp mode
1 pc M Audio MA-1000 running 2 pcs Wharfedale EVP-R12 Speakers
1 pc M Audio MA-2400 running 2 pcs SRX 725 clones
1 pc M Audio MA-3000 running 2 pcs w-boxes with P-Audio 18" (Don't know the exact model)
1 pcKevler PCS-208 Power Conditioner/Sequencer
1 pc Soundcraft MFXI-20 Mixer
1 pc DBX Driverack PA +

1 pc Peavey PV 231EQ
1 pc BBE 882i Sonic Maximizer
1 pc DBX 266x Compressor
8 pcs 10mm (177) LED Par Cans
1 pc Fog Machine (Forgot the specs)
1 pc Laney RB9 Amp Head (300watts) driving the 1 pc Laney RB410 (4x10 cab)
1 pc Laney AH100
1 pc Marshall MG100HFX Amp Head (100watts) driving the 1 pc MG412 (4x12 cab)
1 pc Marshall V65R Amp (65watts)

Any recommendations or suggestions will be highly appreciated. TIA po!

dont rely on just single 10kva power regulator, split them up and distribute them, its better to use 2 unit 5kva power regulator than single 10kva regulator....distribute the load almost equally, power amps and processor can combine in one supply, other instrument amps will be on the other power supply. for the lighting units no need to put them on a PS, at least run them w/ a line breaker that can handle the load.
