Pocket Wifi users here

I'm a noob when it comes to these things. I used Globe, Smart and Sun Broadband USB 'sticks'.
Currently using 3mb 'wired' broadband from Globe at my office that uses OEM Huawei modem router from Globe.
It's fast. Very Fast.

But I'm very intrigued with these units:

My work requires me to be always mobile and I might need these very soon.

Here are my questions:
1. Any user reviews from Philmusic members?
2. Does it really go that fast? (I know it depends on the network and the location).
3. Is it hard to use?
4. Any other gadgets I need to use for both PC and Laptop usage for say, 3-5 users?
