i have a consistent wake up time, my problem is the consistency of sleep time.
daming distractions and bad habits na rin.
so sometimes, most times, kulang ung oras ng tulog.
do you guys believe in sleep debt?
like a person's suppose to sleep 8 hrs a day right, so if you're sleeping 6 hours a day only. you'll have a sleep debt of 14 hours per week.
by my count, i'm behind by 13 hours.
