Sleep Time Rhythms. (matulog na tama sa oras!)

sabe ko sa long weekend. matutulog na ko ng maaga.
ayun damn!. bawat araw puyat.


any tips on how make sleep time/rhythm more consistent??

Consistent na oras ng gising.  Gumamit ng alarm clock kung kailangan.  Ganito gingawa ko para consistent din ang oras ng tulog ko sa gabi.

..yup..try mo pag napuyat ka kinagabihan..agahan mo gising yung ideal na time na gusto mo...in a day or 2 magaadjust na yung body clock mo doon..at aantukin ka na sa tamang oras..

pwede din..papuyat ka walang tulog tapos sleep ka ng desired sleeping time mo..parang reverse naman...say 9pm or 10pm..after a day of puyat..magadjust na body clock mo. 8 hours lang is enough..too long hindi maganda..at parang pagod din

i have a consistent wake up time, my problem is the consistency of sleep time.

daming distractions and bad habits na rin.

so sometimes, most times, kulang ung oras ng tulog.

do you guys believe in sleep debt?

like a person's suppose to sleep 8 hrs a day right, so if you're sleeping 6 hours a day only. you'll have a sleep debt of 14 hours per week.

by my count, i'm behind by 13 hours.

Hmmm meron nga sigurong sleep debt pero ang tanong, ilang oras na tulog ba kailangan mo kada gabi (o araw)?  Tingin ko iba iba yan at depende sa tao.

Tingin ko hindi na importante kung puyat ka o kulang sa tulog basta hindi apektado yung work or studies mo.

Kumbaga sa battery ng cp, di bale ng hindi fully charged basta hindi ka low batt. :)

buti nga kayo nakakatulog ng normal e, ako pag walang redhorse walang tulog.  :|
ang bumasa nito may t@e sa pwet!

ganyan din boss ko dati, lagi nagaaya ng inuman bago umuwi..pero sabi ng isang boss kaya palainom daw kasi daming problema kailangan niya nga tama..para makalimot at magshut down yung mind automatically..

 pero ok lang naman 1 beer..a night..pangparelax..

hahaha-- tama na inom ng beer! pinakamahirap macontrol yung tyan..what if..instead of beer..i convert mo yung before sleep habit mo na sit ups and crunches hanggang mapagod ...gusto ko na din mapaliit ng tyan...bakit pa kasi may beer belly eh..hahaha
