steer away from that bro. obviously a scam. if you want to be sure, set a meet-up. tell him that your from manila on a vacation in siquijor. i bet he will not meet you. their scheme is to put fake addresses wherein there are few possibility of prospective buyers that live in that same location that they put. and thus, inter regional-transactions will be done to their advantage in doing the scam.
