Yes legit but the conscienceless onijero used it to make him look legit. He, apparently, is from Cebu. From one comment in sulit, onijero even used the name of a dead person to pursue his scam. May araw din ang ganitong mga tao.

my hunch says he might be from guimaras but moved elsewhere...he name dropped another legit place nung nagtxt ako sa kanya...if i could convince my folks back home, ill send someone to check on this..
